Shipping Info

We offer worldwide shipping to all the countries. We are using DHL as the default shipping service, but due to the policies and customs conditions from different countries, the shipping service will be changed for several countries to minimize the processing time of the package.
For orders under $80, a shipping fee of $6.99 is required.Orders over $80 for free shipping. Once the package is dispatched, you will be able to receive a tracking number for your reference by E-mail. If you can't find the email with the tracking number, please check your spam folder.Please check the following list for the delivery days of the shipping service.

Delivery Days: It takes 2-4 days for your order to be shipped, and about 7-14 days from dispatch to receipt.(only in the US)

Due to increased traffics on our websites, delivery and logistics may be delayed. Therefore, your order may take longer than usual to arrive and we are working diligently to get them to you as quickly as possible.

Sorry for the delayed shipping issue, we're working hard to fix this problem and try to make you feel better about our shopping experience. We make a promise to give you the premium products so that we need the time to produce the products and prepare the package, and we'll work with the logistic staff to deliver the package in a quicker time, we always want to give our customers a really good shopping experience.

* The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Shipping Process

Please be noted that the usual shipping days of LOLONB are Monday / Wednesday / Friday with the exception of holidays (GMT+8).

To ensure the product condition of your order, we will examine the products again before we send out the package. Recently our system detected some scam orders, and it causes a manual check for order situation, which would take less than 5 business days to check your order items. After the order check, your package will be sent and you should be able to check your package information by Order Track. Please contact us if you need to assist due to any urgent situation.

Import Duties

Customs and import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination country, such extra fees will be charged to the recipient by DHL / FedEx / EMS / SF-Express or your local customs office directly. LOLONB has no control over such extra charges. Please note that such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
